This information is collected by a double opt in to our mailing list, and which also includes the option to unsubscribe at any time. If you do unsubscribe we are notified immediately and your details will then be deleted instantly. This is all managed by our third party email management provider which is Aweber. (b)    In registering for a webinar, your email is also provided to us as part of the GoToWebinar 3rd party software attendee management. 5.4    Notwithstanding the other provisions of this Section 5, we may retain your personal data where such retention is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation and tax obligations to which we are subject, or in order to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of another natural person.
